The hotel location was great. It was right by the beachfront, near boat excursions and minutes from the high street. Staff were very lovely and attentive . The breakfast was great. Everyday included lots of choices with local Filipino and continental options. I did find the hotel a good value for money and worth it.
The wifi didn't function at all. Hot water happened one day out of two. My sister had no water some days. Some people repaired the boiler over my room at 1 AM. The manager was helpful.

the hotel had a good location close to the town square. friendly staff was always available. i found the rooms large and clean. the outdoor pool also had a view of the beach.
i did not enjoy the limited breakfast options.

the staff assisted to arrange a birthday setup in the room. the hotel offers excursions. free transport to the local doctor was offered when i twisted my leg surfing.
